Todd Lezon is an Attorney at McElfish Law Firm representing defendants in personal injury actions. Mr. Lezon also heads the family law practice at the firm where he concentrates in the areas of client representation in the realm of divorce, child custody, child support, and visitation.
Mr. Lezon is an experienced civil litigation and trial attorney who has represented clients in fraud, legal and medical malpractice, fraudulent transfer, negligence, quiet title, trespass, promissory estoppel, and breach of contract cases. He has prosecuted and defended claims of unlawful business practices under California Bus. & Prof. Code, § 17200, and he defended corporate officers and directors against conversion claims. Mr. Lezon has defended real estate agents and mortgage loan brokers against claims for breach of fiduciary duty.
Mr. Lezon received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, San Diego where he graduated magna cum laude. Mr. Lezon earned a Juris Doctor law degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California, where he graduated cum laude. Mr. Lezon subsequently earned an advanced law degree in taxation from the University of San Diego School Law
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lezon served two tours of duty in Iraq as a soldier and non-commissioned officer in the United States Army.
