Lisa Saperstein is an Attorney at McElfish Law Firm representing plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury, insurance bad faith, and traumatic brain injury.
Prior to joining McElfish Law Firm in 2016, Ms. Saperstein was the sole in-house attorney where she represented clients in a variety of cases from contract disputes, corporate risk management, and various other legal issues. Ms. Saperstein has been practicing as a plaintiff’s attorney since she graduated from law school and she is committed to fighting for individuals injured due to the negligent and unlawful acts of others. Most notably, Ms. Saperstein co-chaired in a bad faith trial where the case culminated in a $12.5 million dollar settlement on a $15,000 policy
Ms. Saperstein received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Soka University of America in Aliso Viejo, California where she graduated summa cum laude. While at Soka University, Ms. Saperstein was awarded the Ikeda Scholarship for “embodying the mission and values of Soka University of America”, as well as being the first female inductee to the Hall of Fame. Ms. Saperstein then attended Vermont Law School in South Royalton, Vermont where she earned her J.D. and was a merit scholarship recipient.
